"Knowledge is like a baobab tree...

With our ancestors...
Nsromma Black Star recalls the many Pan-Afrikan educators who passed through Oxford and contributed to our ancestral struggle for self-determination.
Many great thinkers advanced the repository of Afrikan knowledge production challenging unipolar notions of learning.
Recalling greats like W E Abrahams, Kobina Nketsia IV, Eric Williams, Kofoworola Moore, Pixley ka Isaka Seme, we commit to return to the legacy of education as a tool for emancipation in community self-empowerment.
Nsromma Black Star is committed to decolonisation as the stopping of epistemic harm, respect for many forms of knowledge, the restitution of indigenous knowledge, and building capacity for knowledge co-production in equity.
Knowledge belongs to everyone
